CARL COLTEN Carl Cohen, 72, died Nov. 20 at the Mineral Area Regional Medical Center. He was born Dec. 10, 1921 in Brancin, Colo, to the late Elmer and Josie Richard Colten. He was preceded in death by one granddaughter, Ashley Colten.
